Is it considered weird, out-dated,or old-fashioned for an adult woman to wear a bow or ribbon in her hair?

Small ribbons or anything that looks like Disney is a BAD idea. However, a tasteful ribbon around a ponytail or as a head band isn't bad.Is it considered weird, out-dated,or old-fashioned for an adult woman to wear a bow or ribbon in her hair?

For the most part I'd have to say yes. Bows and ribbons in ones hair are kinda of Pollyanna-ish for a grown woman.
It is my opinion that not at all. If you like it and it makes you look good go ahead. i still wear head bands and things there is nothing wrong with that!!!!!

I don't think so. It depends on how it looks. If the ribbon is not a goo complimenting color to the womans skin,hair or clothing color, then obviously it's not going to look attractive. plus it also depends on the way the hair is...is it bid a curly?frizzy? poofy?straight? Many things go into consideration. Try a nice loose curl and a black satin ribbon with the tie or bow at the bottom of your hair where your neck is.
